David Beaulieu, education professor and administrator, was the President of the Board of Trustees of the Native American Educational Services College from 1973-1997. Beaulieu earned his Ph.D. in Education Administration from the University of Minnesota, and was a post-doctoral fellow at the Newberry Library's Darcy McNickle Center for the History of the American Indian.
